David Williams, Non-Executive Chairman

David has been Chairman since Zetar was listed in January 2005. David is also a  member of the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees. He has over 35 years’ experience in the investment industry and has served as both executive and non‑executive chairman of a number of public and private companies. He has built a reputation for creating significant shareholder value through organic growth and acquisitions, as well as leading turnaround situations. David is currently a non‑executive director of Breedon Aggregates Limited.

Ian Blackburn, Chief Executive

Ian has been Chief Executive since Zetar was listed in January 2005. Ian is also a member of the Nominations Committee. He is a Chartered Accountant who previously worked for KPMG and was chief executive and, before that, finance director of Perkins Foods between 1988 and 2003.

Clive Beecham, Group Managing Director

Clive joined the Board in April 2005 and has been Group Managing Director since July 2006. He co‑founded Kinnerton in 1978 and has responsibility for Zetar’s commercial initiatives at Board level.

Mark Stott, Group Finance Director

Mark was appointed Group Finance Director of Zetar on 1 March 2010. Previously he was group finance director of Noble Foods Limited and has also worked for Dairy Crest plc, Whitbread Beer Company and KPMG, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Marion Sears, Non-Executive Director

Marion joined the Board in July 2006 as an independent Non‑executive Director and member of the Remuneration, Audit and Nomination Committees. Marion has worked in the pharmaceutical industry and had a successful career in corporate finance, with particular experience of the healthcare and retail industries. She is non‑executive director of Dunelm Group plc.
 

Roger Matthews, Non-Executive Director

Roger joined the Board in October 2009 as an independent Non‑executive  Director. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the  Remuneration Committee. Roger has extensive board experience within listed companies and is currently non‑executive chairman of MITIE Group PLC and LSL Property Services plc and Trustee and audit committee chairman of Cancer Research UK. Previously he was group finance director of J Sainsbury plc and managing director and finance director of Compass Group plc.
